These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for Style Revival Haus LLC, located in the State of Texas, herein referred to as “Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our.” Our email is [email protected]. "You" and "Your" refer to clients purchasing Our services, including but not limited to personal styling, curated fashion items, style bundles, event styling, and communication-based services (such as real-time texting), collectively referred to as “Offering.”
NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is Your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing, using, or accessing Our Offerings.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
By purchasing any service from Us, You agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and acknowledge that this document forms a legally binding contract. These terms apply to all services, including but not limited to:
- Style Bundles (Mini, Midi, Maxi)
- VIP Style Bundles (with Texting Service)
- Style Revival Sessions
- Event Styling
- Speaking and Group Styling Services
These Terms apply to all current and future Offerings, including limited-time, experimental, or asynchronous services unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. STYLE BUNDLES (MINI, MIDI, MAXI)
Each Style Bundle includes a curated selection of clothing items (Mini: 3–4 items, Midi: 5–7 items, Maxi: 8–10 items).
All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of these services, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.
We curate selections based on the sizing, preferences, and information You provide. We cannot guarantee perfect fit, fabric, or that every item will meet subjective expectations of style.
Items may include new, secondhand, or gently used pieces. By purchasing, You agree and understand that items may not be brand new unless otherwise stated.
3. VIP STYLE BUNDLES (WITH TEXTING SERVICE)
The VIP Bundle includes everything in the Style Bundle plus real-time texting support during the shopping process.
You will have the ability to provide feedback and collaborate on selections through agreed-upon communication channels.
Texting availability will be defined by Us (business hours or agreed-upon times). We are not available 24/7 and may require reasonable response times.
Due to the highly personalized nature of this service, no refunds or returns are permitted.
4. STYLE REVIVAL SESSIONS
Style Revival Sessions include a combination of wardrobe review, style consultation, and curated recommendations.
Rescheduling or cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session; otherwise, You forfeit Your session without refund.
All results and recommendations are based on the information You provide, and We cannot guarantee outcomes regarding style preference or satisfaction.
5. EVENT STYLING SERVICES
Service Description
Event Styling is a collaborative, high-touch styling service designed to support clients during high-visibility events.
This service includes:
One (1) Private Style Strategy Intensive (60–90 minutes)
A focused consultation to clarify the client’s role, goals, comfort level, personal style, and desired presence for the event.
Custom Styling Vision & Mood Board
A curated visual direction including color direction, silhouettes, textures, accessories, and styling guidance aligned with the client’s brand, role, and event energy.
Custom Outfit Proposals (Visual Styling Deck)
A personalized slide deck featuring:
Complete outfit concepts for each agreed-upon event day
Styling notes and finishing details
Optional integration of items the client already owns
Rental suggestions (e.g., Nuuly) if applicable
Direct links to purchase or rent items independently
Live Outfit Review Call(s)
One (1) 30-minute outfit review call is included to walk through the proposals and finalize selections.
Revisions
One (1) round of revisions is included.
Additional revisions are available at $250 per round.
Priority Support
Priority text support is available throughout the styling process and leading up to the event for:
Fit questions
Clarification on approved outfits
Sizing adjustments
Confidence checks related to finalized looks
Purchasing & Wardrobe Items
The client is responsible for all clothing purchases, rentals, shipping costs, and return logistics.
The stylist does not purchase items on the client’s behalf unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Rental services (e.g., Nuuly) are optional and managed by the client unless explicitly stated.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Event Styling services are final sale and non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction with styling direction, outfit selections, or personal preferences does not constitute grounds for a refund.
If an event date changes, the service credit may be applied toward another event within twelve (12) months of the original event date, subject to availability.
If the client cancels after services have begun, no refund or partial credit will be issued.
6. LIMITED & ASYNCHRONOUS STYLING OFFERS (INCLUDING CLOSET REMIX)
From time to time, We may offer limited, experimental, or short-term styling services, including but not limited to Closet Remix and similar asynchronous or digital styling experiences (“Limited Styling Offers”).
These services are personalized, custom-created based on the information and materials You submit, and are delivered without live sessions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refund Policy:
All Limited Styling Offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the customized nature of these services and the immediate allocation of creative labor upon purchase, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be granted once payment is made.
Scope of Service:
Limited Styling Offers have a clearly defined scope, which may include:
Review of submitted photos or materials
Creation of outfit combinations or styling recommendations
Delivery of a digital look book or written styling guidance
The scope is fixed and does not include additional revisions, live consultations, shopping services, or expansion beyond what is outlined at the time of purchase.
No Guarantee of Satisfaction:
Styling outcomes are subjective. While We use professional judgment and expertise, We do not guarantee personal satisfaction, aesthetic preference, or specific results. Dissatisfaction with styling recommendations does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Client Responsibility:
You are responsible for submitting clear, accurate, and complete information and materials as requested. Delays or omissions in submission may impact delivery timelines, and We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client submissions.
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT SUPPORT SERVICES
Service Description
From time to time, Style Revival Haus LLC may offer short-term or ongoing social media and content support services (“Social Media Support”) to assist clients with content planning, creation, and scheduling.
These services are creative, strategic, and execution-based in nature and are not guaranteed to result in specific growth metrics, engagement levels, sales outcomes, or audience expansion.
Social Media Support may include one of the following options, as agreed upon at time of purchase:
Option 1 — $450/month
Four (4) posts per month (approximately one per week)
One (1) 60-minute strategy call per month to review goals and align on content needs
Captions written by Company
Simple carousels or still-image posts
Scheduling of approved content
No in-person content sessions included
Option 2 — $650/month
Six (6) to eight (8) posts per month
One (1) 60-minute strategy call per month
One (1) in-person content session per month (approximately 90 minutes)
Captions written by Company
Scheduling of approved content
Option 3 — $850/month
Eight (8) to ten (10) posts per month
One (1) 90-minute strategy call per month
Two (2) in-person content sessions per month
Captions written by Company
Monthly content planning support
Exact deliverables, timelines, and communication methods will be outlined at checkout or in writing prior to service commencement.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide timely access to brand assets, login credentials (if applicable), content materials, and approvals
Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or clarification within a reasonable timeframe
Understand that delays in communication may impact posting schedules or monthly output
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client response, incomplete information, or missed approvals.
No Guarantee of Results
Social media performance is influenced by numerous factors beyond the Company’s control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, market conditions, and external trends.
The Company does not guarantee:
Follower growth
Engagement metrics
Sales, leads, or conversions
Virality or increased visibility
All creative decisions are made using professional judgment, but content outcomes are inherently subjective.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of creative and strategic labor involved, all Social Media Support services are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date. Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) days before the next billing date will result in the upcoming month being charged in full.
Once a billing cycle has begun, no partial refunds, credits, or rollovers will be provided.
Scope Limitations
Unless explicitly agreed to in writing, Social Media Support does not include:
Community management or DM responses
Comment moderation
Paid advertising management
Influencer outreach
Analytics reporting beyond basic insights
Brand partnerships or sponsorship negotiation
Any services requested outside the agreed-upon scope will require a separate agreement and fee.
Creative Discretion
The client acknowledges that social media content is creative and subjective.
Dissatisfaction with tone, aesthetic, or creative direction does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fit & Sizing: We are not responsible for incorrect sizing or fit.
Item Condition: We are not liable for wear, damage, or allergic reactions to fabrics or secondhand items. Launder items before wearing.
Transit & Damage: Once items are shipped, We are not responsible for damage or loss. Risk passes to You upon shipping.
Wear & Tear: We are not liable for damage, fading, or fabric wear after delivery.
8. LIMITATION OF LEGAL REMEDIES
To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, You waive Your right to initiate claims or lawsuits based on dissatisfaction with style, fit, or other subjective outcomes. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or Alternative Dispute Resolution prior to legal action.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Style Revival Haus LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Your purchase or use of Our Offerings.
10. DISCLAIMERS
General Disclaimer: All services and items are provided “as is,” with no warranties, express or implied.
No Guarantee of Results: We make no guarantees regarding results, satisfaction, or outcomes. Style and fit are personal and subjective.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements (oral or written) regarding Our services.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Texas law, and disputes will be adjudicated in Texas courts.
By purchasing or booking services with Style Revival Haus LLC, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
