"You" and "Your" refer to clients purchasing Our services, including but not limited to personal styling, curated fashion items, event styling, and any communications, collectively referred to as “Offering.”

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is Your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing, using, or accessing Our Offerings.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By purchasing any service from Us, You agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and acknowledge that this document forms a legally binding contract.

NO GUARANTEE OF FIT OR STYLE PREFERENCE SATISFACTION

You understand and agree that We provide curated styling based on the sizing, preferences, and other information You provide to Us. However, We cannot guarantee a perfect fit or that You will be fully satisfied with the items chosen, as style and fit are subjective and based on the personal information provided by You.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the personalized nature of Our services, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed, including if items do not fit, meet expectations, or otherwise do not align with Your preferences.

EVENT STYLING SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing our Event Styling Service, You agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Description:
The Event Styling Service is a personalized styling service for clients needing assistance in selecting outfits for specific events. The service includes a one-on-one consultation, two rounds of style edits, the creation of a detailed slide deck with outfit suggestions, the option to order clothing from services like Nuuly (if desired), and day-of-event support via text. You will receive a custom styling experience to ensure you feel your best at your event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Due to the highly customized nature of the Event Styling Service, all sales are final. If the event date or time changes and You need to cancel, the service can be used for another event within one year from the original cancellation date. If You do not like the final styling choices or are dissatisfied with the outfits curated, there will be no refund provided. The purpose of this service is to make you feel confident and prepared for your event, and all efforts will be made to meet Your styling needs. However, dissatisfaction with the outcome will not be grounds for a refund.

Limitations of Liability for Event Styling:
While We will make every effort to provide outfits that align with your style, preferences, and event requirements, We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the final outfits or if the selections do not fully meet your expectations. Your event styling is based on the information You provide us, but the final look may differ from your expectations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fit and Sizing:
By purchasing, You agree that We are not liable for any incorrect sizing or fit. We base Our selections on the information You provide, but We cannot ensure exact sizing accuracy.

Condition of Items:
The items in each Style Bundle or event styling service may be new, gently used, or secondhand. You understand and agree to this condition. We are not liable for any adverse reaction, allergy, or other skin condition that may arise if You do not launder items before wearing.

Transit and Damage:
Once We ship or deliver any styling items, Our liability for the items ends. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping or delivery. You acknowledge that risk passes to You once the package or service is dispatched.

Wear and Tear:
Once You receive the items, We are not liable for any damages, tears, or other wear that may occur with use, including but not limited to fading, stretching, or fabric pilling.

LIMITATION OF LEGAL REMEDIES

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, You waive Your right to initiate any claim or lawsuit against Us based on dissatisfaction with fit, style, sizing, shipping damage, fabric condition, or the subjective experience of Our services. You agree to settle any disputes that arise from this Agreement through good-faith negotiation or Alternative Dispute Resolution before any legal action is taken.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Style Revival Haus LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to Your purchase, use of the Style Bundle or event styling service, or any claims by third parties arising from Your use of Our products or services.

General Disclaimer:
All services and items are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

No Guarantee of Result:
We make no guarantees regarding the outcome, results, or satisfaction with Our services. Style preferences and fit are highly personal, and We are not responsible for Your satisfaction with the purchased items or event styling services.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the purchase of any service, including the Style Bundle and Event Styling Service. Any other agreements, oral or written, are void and superseded by these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to adjudication in Texas courts.

By purchasing, using, or booking any services from Style Revival Haus LLC, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
