These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for Brianna Galm Styling LLC, located in the State of Texas, herein known and referenced as “Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our.” Our email is [email protected]. “You” and “Your” refers to clients purchasing Our Style Bundle services, including but not limited to personal styling, curated fashion items, and any communications, herein collectively referred to as “Offering.”

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is Your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to purchasing, using, or accessing Our Offerings.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By purchasing any Style Bundle from Us, You agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and acknowledge that this document forms a legally binding contract.

NO GUARANTEE OF FIT OR STYLE PREFERENCE SATISFACTION

You understand and agree that We provide curated styling based on the sizing, preferences, and other information You provide to Us. However, We cannot guarantee a perfect fit or that You will be fully satisfied with the items chosen, as style and fit are subjective and based on the personal information provided by You.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the personalized nature of Our Style Bundle service, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed, including if items do not fit, meet expectations, or otherwise do not align with Your preferences.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fit and Sizing: By purchasing, You agree that We are not liable for any incorrect sizing or fit. We base Our selections on the information You provide, but We cannot ensure exact sizing accuracy.

Condition of Items: The items in each Style Bundle may be new, gently used, or secondhand. You understand and agree to this condition. We are not liable for any adverse reaction, allergy, or other skin condition that may arise if You do not launder items before wearing.

Transit and Damage: Once We ship the Style Bundle, Our liability for the items ends. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping or delivery. You acknowledge that risk passes to You once the package is dispatched.

Wear and Tear: Once You receive the items, We are not liable for any damages, tears, or other wear that may occur with use, including but not limited to fading, stretching, or fabric pilling.

LIMITATION OF LEGAL REMEDIES

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, You waive Your right to initiate any claim or lawsuit against Us based on dissatisfaction with fit, style, sizing, shipping damage, fabric condition, or the subjective experience of Our services. You agree to settle any disputes that arise from this Agreement through good-faith negotiation or Alternative Dispute Resolution before any legal action is taken.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Your Company Name], its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to Your purchase, use of the Style Bundle, or any claims by third parties arising from Your use of Our products.

DISCLAIMERS

General Disclaimer: All Style Bundles are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

No Guarantee of Result: We make no guarantees regarding the outcome, results, or satisfaction with Our services. Style preferences and fit are highly personal, and We are not responsible for Your satisfaction with the purchased items.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the purchase of any Style Bundle. Any other agreements, oral or written, are void and superseded by these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to adjudication in Texas courts.

STYLE REVIVAL SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a Style Revival Session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Session Details:

• The Style Revival Session is a virtual 1:1 session where I will assist you in curating new outfits from your existing wardrobe, offering styling advice, and giving you tips on how to wear and reimagine pieces you already own.
• Each session lasts 1 hour, and you are encouraged to have at least 10 items ready for review.

Booking & Payment:

• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

Preparation:

• To make the most of the session, please ensure your camera or phone is set up to show your closet or the selected items.
• Have your 10+ items ready before the session begins. The session will focus on your chosen pieces to create new outfits and style recommendations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
• If a session is canceled by me, a full refund or rescheduled session will be provided.

Technology & Accessibility:

• The Style Revival Session will be conducted via Zoom or another virtual platform. Please ensure you have access to a stable internet connection and the required technology (webcam, microphone, etc.).
• In the event of technical issues, I will work with you to reschedule or address the issue as promptly as possible.

Confidentiality & Privacy:

• Any personal information shared during the session (such as photos, style preferences, and feedback) will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of styling and personal consultation.
• Your session may be recorded for quality purposes only, with your prior consent.

Limitation of Liability:

• While I will provide professional styling advice, I am not responsible for any dissatisfaction regarding the items in your wardrobe, your body image, or any changes in personal style following the session.
• Style advice is subjective, and results may vary based on personal preferences, budget, and wardrobe items.

No Guarantees:

• While my goal is to help you create outfits you love and feel confident in, I cannot guarantee any specific results from the session, including how you feel about the new outfits or whether the suggestions fully align with your personal taste.

Indemnity:

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brianna’s Styling Services, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in the Style Revival Session.

• By booking and attending a Style Revival Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
