This is a high-touch, private event styling experience designed for speakers, sponsors, and high-level business owners who want their presence to feel intentional, confident, and fully aligned, without carrying the mental load of figuring it all out themselves.

Brianna Galm is an identity-led personal stylist who works with founders, speakers, and high-visibility women at pivotal moments in their business. She helps clients translate their authority, personality, and vision into intentional style so showing up feels grounded, confident, and aligned.
Her work centers on clarity, embodiment, and presence, offering thoughtful styling support when visibility is high and decisions matter.

Based on our strategy session, I create a fully personalized event styling proposal that guides your looks from concept to execution for all three days of VA Fest LIVE.
This deck includes:
1. Styling Vision & Direction:
A custom-curated styling mood board with intentional color direction, tailored silhouettes, textures, accessories, and finishing details—designed to align with your brand, role, and the energy of the event.
2. Complete Outfit Proposals:
Everything is laid out visually and intentionally so decisions feel clear, grounded, and easy.
Live Outfit Review + One Revision Round
We meet for a 30-minute review call where:
Priority Support Leading Up to the Event: You’ll have priority text support throughout the process for clarity and reassurance as we bring your looks together.
This includes:

This support is for questions related to the outfits we’ve already designed together. It does not include creating new outfits, redesigning looks, or additional styling revisions outside of the included revision round. Support is available leading up to VA Fest LIVE and during the event for quick check-ins if needed.

This is a concierge level styling experience created for speakers, sponsors, and leaders who want to show up fully supported without carrying the mental load of deciding what to wear. Your investment includes strategic guidance, personalized outfit development, and hands-on refinement across 2 days of VA Fest LIVE.
Additional outfits or special appearance looks are available at an additional rate of $250 per look, allowing flexibility while keeping the process intentional and streamlined.

Q: Is this right for me if I already have great style?
A: Yes. This experience isn’t about “fixing” your style, it’s about refining, aligning, and elevating it for a high-visibility moment. Many of my clients already dress well; they hire me to remove decision fatigue, sharpen their presence, and ensure their outfits fully support how they want to be perceived.
Q: Will you use pieces I already own?
A: Absolutely. If you have pieces you love or want to build around, I’ll incorporate them into your outfit proposals whenever it makes sense. The goal is cohesion and intention, not replacing your wardrobe unnecessarily.
Q: Do you shop or purchase items for me?
A: No. All items are selected thoughtfully and shared with direct purchase or rental links, but you remain in control of ordering. This ensures sizing accuracy, budget flexibility, and transparency.
Q: What if I don’t want to buy a lot of new clothes?
A: That’s completely fine. I regularly suggest rental options (like Nuuly, Rent the Runway) or styling solutions that maximize what you already own.
Q: How many outfits are included?
A: You’ll receive 2–3 thoughtfully curated outfit options per day in your initial styling proposal.
From there, we’ll refine and finalize one primary outfit per day for the event. This ensures you have options without creating decision overload, and allows us to land on looks that feel confident, intentional, and fully aligned.
Additional finalized outfits (such as evening looks or outfit changes) can be added for $250 per outfit.
Q: How do I reserve my spot?
A: Because availability is intentionally limited, spots are reserved on a first-come basis. Once you complete checkout, you’ll receive next steps to schedule your strategy session.
